Event or Class Terms and Conditions

Liability Waiver and Disclosure Statement

Purchase Disclosure:  All Sales are final. In some instances, event or other tickets may be transfered to another individual with a minimum of 48 hours notice to event administrator prior to the event registered.  There are no registrations or ticket transfers to future events.  

Acknowledgment of Risks and Liability Waiver
By participating in any yoga classes, cleanse programs, sound healing sessions, gong immersions, retreats, or other events facilitated by Dhyanjot (Gary Grenus), I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with these activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, exposure to airborne diseases (including COVID-19), injuries resulting from physical movements or yoga practice, or any harm related to participation in sound/gong sessions or other activities.

I voluntarily waive all liability and hold harmless Dhyanjot, event location owners, facilitators, and affiliates for any injury, illness, or harm that may arise from participation, including but not limited to:

• Airborne diseases or virus transmission (e.g., COVID-19).
• Injuries related to yoga, meditation, or movement practices.
• Marketing, photography, or video footage taken during events.
• Use of event locations, including but not limited to DJ Home Sanctuary, Stage 7 Studio, Soul of Yoga, or any other venues where events are held.

Personal Responsibility
I take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being during these events. I will take all necessary precautions, including following local and national CDC guidelines, to minimize risks to myself and others. If I feel at risk or unwell, I will excuse myself from the event or make appropriate adjustments to protect myself and others.

If I register others for these events, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform them of these terms and conditions and ensure their compliance with the same.

Health Disclosure

• I confirm that I am not experiencing symptoms of any illness, including COVID-19 (e.g., fever over 100°F, cough, sore throat).
• If I have a cold, flu, or other possible virus, I will not attend the event.
• I will take precautions if I need to sneeze or cough, including using my sleeve or towel and maintaining distance from others.

Medical Considerations

• If I have an underlying medical condition, injury, or am taking prescribed or non-prescribed medications, I will consult with my doctor before participating in yoga, sound healing, gong immersion events, retreats, or cleanse programs.
• I understand that the cleanse program includes medical notes and guidelines that I will review and follow as needed.

Media Release
By participating in these events, I consent to the use of any photos, videos, or media taken during the event for marketing purposes. I release all claims regarding the use of this media.

Legal Agreement
This document is intended to provide the maximum legal release and waiver as permitted by the laws of the State of California. If any portion of this document is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

By checking the acknowledgemnent box, I acknowledge and agree to the terms, recommendations, and safety protocols outlined above. This includes waiving all liability for claims, obligations, damages, losses, injuries, diseases, or causes of action arising from participation in these activities.
