Self Mastery Program

Nothing is permanent.  Everything is constantly changing in the Universe.  This includes your own circumstance and any feelings, negativity, or depressing thoughts.   They never last forever.  This program helps you make time and space for you.  We make time for our jobs, partners, and children.  Isn’t it time to carve out a little time for you each day to cultivate a relationship with yourself.  In 15 minutes a day (out of 1440 minutes a day) you can begin to understand your mind, your thoughts and your feelings through simple methods that will give you the tools to understand the dynamics of life evolving all around you while taking back  your life.

Since beginning the Mastering Self program,  I have seen positive and powerful changes in my life.  Each period opens up new doors and moves me closer toward knowing truth and reaching my personal potential.  It is not always an easy practice, but Dhyanjot is a patient, knowledgeable, and selfless teacher, who truly comes from the heart and has helped me to build in my commitment and self-discipline.  Each period has brought with it a further expansion (of Self) and I am inspired to continue to grow in my practice as I see the profound impact of this dynamic process.

How it Works:
First step: Set Appoint­ment

First Meet­ing: Comprehensive-1.5 hr needed for ini­tial intake and assess­ment
Ses­sions 2–7: 1 hour sessions-Meet every 52 days-progress report and give continued guidance and personal practice

Tell me more about what to expect?  To apply the principles in this program one needs to commit a minimum of 15 minutes a day to expect any sort of benefits or results in this program.  You will also need to meet every 52 days for a progress report and guidance on cultivating self mastery.

How Often do we meet? Once every 52 days.  There are a total of seven session including the initial session.  7 sessions x 52 =364 days which is equal to one solar cycle of your year.  

What do each session entail?  Each ses­sion includes a prac­ti­cal appli­ca­tion to apply in your daily life. Each Client has per­sonal needs that are very dif­fer­ent from the next.  Typ­i­cally each ses­sion is every 52 days and last about 1 hour.

Can anyone do this? Yes the only thing you need is an open mind, a desire to grow, and 15 minutes a day to practice your meditation.

$108 for the first session
$85/hr for sessions 2-7
